Specializing in custom homes built with meticulous attention to detail, G & R Builders has become one of the most respected custom home builders in Central Alberta, for over the past 32 years.
Since starting the business in 1986, G & R Builders has constructed more than 200 custom homes. Many of their clients have been first-time home buyers, and making their experience a good one has always been the company’s goal.
Owner and carpenter, Glen Cunningham has always resisted the trend to become a manager instead of a builder and has always been right there on the job site with a hammer in his hand, ready to make any changes that the client may want.
Over the years, G & R Builders has continued to use the same sub-trades and suppliers, many of whom have also become good friends.
Customer service has always been a top priority and G & R Builders has been selected under the Alberta New Home Warranty Program for eight Customer Choice Awards.
